Residential care provides a structured, supportive environment with 24/7 clinical oversight, individualized treatment, and evidence-based therapies that address both the physical and emotional aspects of an eating disorder.

At Aster Springs, residential treatment offers a focused space for healing, skill-building, and stability — supporting individuals as they work toward lasting recovery.

The evening was filled with meaningful connections, great conversation, festive décor, and wreath making as guests explored the new space.

We live in a media-saturated world, and it’s not always easy to tune out the messages we’re surrounded by. 📱💻

There’s no single cause of body dissatisfaction or disordered eating, but research shows that constant exposure to media can increase pressure and contribute to these struggles.

At Aster Springs, we help individuals cultivate a healthier relationship with their body and food — grounded in healing, self-compassion, and recovery rather than the unrealistic standards set by media.
