Mexican fiesta night! 💃🏻
This meal has a grain/legume combination seen in most international dishes, complete with all the necessary elements (amino acids) to make a complete protein! Cilantro— protects your body against infections and helps eliminate heavy metals. Onion— rich in antioxidants that reduce inflammation and high blood pressure, prevents blood clots, and fights cancer. Jalapeño— rich in vitamins C and A, potassium, the antioxidant carotene, vitamin K, folate and other B vitamins. They help with SO MANY THINGS— they help with weight loss, pain reduction, help heal liver damage, and they fight cancer. Eat your veggies!

Winter squash soup. 🥣

Eat in season ✨

Recipe:
- Butternut squash
- Onion
- Apple
- Celery
- Garlic (fresh)
- Ginger (fresh)
- Curry powder
- Coconut milk
- Salt and pepper
Cook veggies all together with water or broth, add coconut milk and blend. Serve with pumpkin seeds, fresh cracked black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Broccoli and mushrooms, two seasonal, super foods that are HIGH in PROTEIN, VITAMIN D and much much more! 🍄🥦

Broccoli is higher in PROTEIN than most veggies. It is also chocked full of Vitamin C, iron, potassium, calcium, Vitamin A, B, E, and K. Good for immune function and warding off chronic disease, as well as promoting healthy bones and skin!

Mushrooms are high in Vitamin D and the B vitamins: riboflavin, niacin, and pantothenic acid. Good for your immune system, heart health, digestion, red blood cells, and promoting healthy skin.
