When your hips stop moving your low back takes the load it was never meant to carry. Every step. Every bend. Every twist. That transfer of load is silent until one day you bend over to pick something up and your back gives out.

Exercise 1 — 90/90 Hip Stretch
Sit on the floor with both legs at 90 degrees — one in front, one to the side. Sit tall and breathe into the stretch. Hold 60 seconds. Switch sides.
Exercise 2 — Supine Figure Four
Lie on your back, knees bent. Cross your right ankle over your left knee. Flex your right foot and gently press your right knee away. Hold 30 seconds. Switch sides.

Exercise 1 — Chin Tuck Standing
Stand against a wall. Draw your chin straight back until the back of your head touches the wall. Hold 5 seconds. 10 reps. This resets your head over your spine where it belongs.
Exercise 2 — Neck Side Bend with Gentle Overpressure
Sit tall. Drop your right ear toward your right shoulder. Apply very gentle pressure with your right hand. Hold 20 seconds. Switch sides.
Two minutes today. Carry your head with purpose.

We are launching the Moving with Intention campaign — a daily spinal hygiene movement that gives you one simple habit to protect your spine from decay.
Here is how it works:
2 exercises.
2 minutes each.

Today we start at the foundation — your feet.
Your spine does not start at your back. It starts at your feet. Unstable feet create compensation patterns that travel all the way to your neck. That compensation over time becomes spinal decay.

Exercise 1 — Foot Tripod Press
Stand barefoot. Press three points into the ground — big toe mound, pinky toe mound, heel. Lift your arch without curling your toes. Hold 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 2 — Ankle Circle and Slow Calf Raise
Balance on one foot. Draw slow circles with your ankle in both directions. Then rise onto your toes and lower slowly. Switch sides.
