Exercise 1 — 90/90 Hip Stretch
Sit on the floor with both legs at 90 degrees — one in front, one to the side. Sit tall and breathe into the stretch. Hold 60 seconds. Switch sides.
Exercise 2 — Supine Figure Four
Lie on your back, knees bent. Cross your right ankle over your left knee. Flex your right foot and gently press your right knee away. Hold 30 seconds. Switch sides.
