We are proud of our Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Salminen, and Board Member, Lisa Williams, for representing Pinnacle Living at the LeadingAge National Conference in Boston this past week.

Kevin and Lisa shared their insights in the session “Enhancing Your Board’s Financial Expertise,” offering valuable strategies for strengthening board engagement, financial literacy, and effective governance in senior living organizations.

We are grateful for their leadership and for contributing to an important conversation that supports strong, mission-driven stewardship across our field.

We are pleased to announce that Lindsay Willey, Director of Sales and Marketing at WindsorMeade, has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Pinnacle Living.

In this new role, Lindsay will lead strategic sales and marketing initiatives across all Pinnacle Living communities, working closely with local teams to strengthen our brand, increase occupancy and further our mission of Enriching Life's Journey.

Our very own James Stovall received the Alzheimer's Association Advocacy Impact Award!
In April 2024 Governor Glenn Youngkin appointed James to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Commission. James has been part of the Walk to End Alzheimer's since 2011. He has served on the Roanoke Walk Committee for the past 9 years, and for several of those years he has served as the Alzheimer's Impact Movement Chair. He is also the Team Captain at Hermitage Roanoke for our Walk to End Alzheimer's Team, Hermitage Hikers! Congratulations James!

🎄 Gingerbread House Showdown! 🏠✨

Our team got creative (and competitive) for our first office Gingerbread House Competition, and the results are nothing short of amazing! 🎅🍬 Each creation is a masterpiece in its own right.
