✨ Team Member Spotlight: Ebony Pearson
Ebony's healthcare journey began at 18 when she cared for her mother after a major surgery. That experience ignited her passion for helping others and led her to become a certified medical assistant in 2012. She makes a difference every single day, "My main goal throughout the day is just to be out in the community and build and develop relationships with as many residents here as possible and their families."
With the support of her manager, Paula Dancho and PSL's education benefits, Ebony is working toward her dream of becoming an LPN before turning 40. and led her to become a certified medical assistant in 2012.
