Son of A Gun’s women’s division (Daughter of A Gun) had the pleasure of partnering with kdelta Training for a women’s self defense course this week. The ladies in this class went in depth into situational awareness, got to practice punching and hand strikes, learned how to get out of grabs and the vulnerable places to hit, they spent the last portion of class learning how to properly deploy pepper spray, and how to hold it in case that fight continues. Whether you’re planning on carrying a firearm or not this class is great for anyone looking to take their self defense more seriously. Check our website for the next one!
