To my patients and their families,
I am writing to let you know that I am retiring from practice as of April 1, 2025. I have been unable to find a replacement physician and will be closing Mark W. Preslan, MD, LLC permanently.
It has been a privilege serving you or your child over the past 40 years. I have many wonderful memories of my patients and their families. It has been my honor to have known and cared for you.
I have provided many of you with a list of potential ophthalmology providers for your future care. Your insurance company, primary care doctor's office or the state medical society (MedChi) will be able to help you as well.
