If you would like to get a copy of your child's medical records, please contact Ciox, the company contracted by Lifebridge Health to provide copies of medical records for all of my previous patients. To get a copy of medical records, please email a copy of a medical records request form (you can get this from your current doctor) to service@cioxhealth.com. If you need to contact them directly, you can call them at (800) 367-1500.

Our office has now closed. If you have not yet obtained your child's medical records, rest assured that records requests continue to be handled by Lifebridge Health and they are maintaining and storing all records so they will be available to you now and in the future years. If you would like to request your child's records, please fill out a medical records release form and fax to CIOX (the company handling the copying of the records) at 1-866-663-0047. If you need the medical records release form, you can either get one from your child's new doctor or print one from our website at www.eastwestpediatrics.com.

Office Closing

It has been a pleasure and an honor to practice pediatrics in Anne Arundel County for the past 20 years. I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to watch many of my patients grow from infants all the way to adulthood and often become parents themselves. I cannot thank my patients and their parents enough for trusting me with the health of their children.

I was recently given the chance to move my medical career in a new direction and have accepted a position at the FDA. While I am excited about this new opportunity to improve the health of a larger group of children, this unfortunately means that I will no longer be able to dedicate my time to clinical medicine. I will therefore be closing my practice on June 30, 2022.

I realize that this will affect my patients tremendously and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this will cause you. I assure you that there are excellent pediatricians locally available to continue their care and we will make sure that your children’s charts are available to them so that their medical care will be seamless.
