Kate’s ability to address both physical as well as mental challenges make her unique in the healthcare field. Education: Kate obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science as well as her Master’s and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from St. She is a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider with continuing education in the areas of Cranio-Sacral Therapies, John Barnes Method of Myofascial Release Techniques, and extensive education in the areas of nutrition and functional food. She also recently received training in the cutting-edge approach of Vibration Medicine, developed to address mental and physical imbalances with Healy Frequency Treatments, which are also FDA approved to treat painful conditions. Personal: Kate is a single mom to two young boys. She loves exploring the world with them and introducing them to all kinds of physical and educational endeavors. She is passionate about athletics and exercise, including yoga for its mind-body balance. She was a finisher in the 2008 Kansas Half Ironman Triathlon, and dapples in swimming, biking, and running to this day. She was the founder of the Saint Louis University Ladies Ultimate Team in 2001, and has been an advocate for the sport and the spirit of the game ever since.
