🚫 Back Pain? Don’t Do These 3 Things 🚫
If you’ve got low back pain or sciatica, these common mistakes can actually make it worse 👇
1️⃣ Don’t Rest 🛑
Total rest leads to stiffness, weakness, and slower healing. Your spine needs safe, guided movement to recover properly.
2️⃣ Don’t Stretch Through Pain ⚠️
Painful stretching can irritate discs and nerves. Not all back pain needs stretching—sometimes it needs stability and rehab first.
3️⃣ Don’t Rush to Get an X-ray or MRI ❌🩻
Most back pain doesn’t show up on imaging and findings often don’t match symptoms. Imaging without a plan can create fear instead of answers.
