Reviews like this are why I love what I do.

At Superior Chiropractic & Rehab, the goal isn’t just short-term pain relief. The focus is helping patients achieve long-term health, movement, and performance.

Adam highlighted something that is a core part of my approach: integrated care.

That means combining:
✔️ Hands-on treatment
✔️ Targeted rehab exercises
✔️ Movement correction
✔️ Performance-based care

This approach helps people not only reduce pain, but also move better and stay active long term.

Your body is meant to move well and perform well. Sometimes it just needs the right strategy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Patient Testimonial

Nothing means more to me than seeing my patients get their lives back.

Jayla came into Superior Chiropractic & Rehab dealing with severe neck pain that was affecting both her work and social life. She had already tried multiple treatments and even saw other chiropractors, but nothing was providing long-term relief.

Through a different approach focused on movement, rehabilitation, and addressing the root cause of pain, she was finally able to experience lasting improvement.

Now she’s continuing treatment for her hip and foot and still seeing progress.

Helping patients move better, feel better, and improve their quality of life is why I do what I do. 💪

If you’re dealing with neck pain, back pain, or chronic musculoskeletal issues, there are often solutions you may not have tried yet.

👩‍⚕️ Nurses put their bodies through a lot.

⏰ 12-hour shifts
🏥 Lifting patients
🦶 Standing for hours

It’s no surprise that low back pain is one of the most common injuries among nurses.

The good news? Most back pain isn’t permanent damage. It’s often caused by:

✔️ Weak stabilizing muscles
✔️ Irritated spinal joints
✔️ Tight hips and back muscles

When you combine the right exercises, movement strategies, and treatment, your back can handle the physical demands of nursing much better.

If you’re a nurse dealing with back pain after long shifts, this page is for you.

I share evidence-based tips, exercises, and rehab strategies to help healthcare workers keep their backs healthy. 💪

One of the best ways to prevent low back pain and disc injuries is to build a strong and resilient spine. 🦴💪

Exercises like deadlifts, squats, and low back airplane drills strengthen the muscles that stabilize your spine and protect it during daily activities and lifting.

✔️ Deadlifts train your posterior chain and teach proper hip hinging.
✔️ Squats build strength in the hips, glutes, and core to support your spine.
✔️ Low back airplanes improve spinal stability, balance, and motor control.

When done with good technique and progressive loading, these exercises can help make your back stronger, more stable, and more resistant to injury.

A strong back is a resilient back. 🔒

Movement is medicine for the spine. 🔄

This exercise is called a prone press-up, and it’s commonly used to treat disc bulges, herniated discs, and sciatica.

The movement gently brings the spine into extension (bending backward) which can help move disc pressure away from the nerve and reduce symptoms. 🦴

Exercises like this are an important part of treatment because they help the spine heal, stay mobile, and prevent pain from coming back.

The best results happen when we combine hands-on care with targeted rehab exercises. 💪

If you have low back pain, a disc bulge, or a herniated disc, one of the worst things you can do is stop moving. 🚶‍♂️

Your spinal discs don’t have their own blood supply. Instead, they get nutrients through a process called imbibition—which means they absorb nutrients when the spine moves, loads, and unloads. 🧬

Think of it like a sponge. 🧽
When you move your spine, the disc compresses and decompresses, allowing it to pull in oxygen and nutrients while pushing out waste products.

This is why staying active with the right exercises is critical for healing low back pain, disc bulges, and sciatica. Movement helps keep the disc healthy, hydrated, and functioning properly. 💪

That’s why treatment often includes targeted rehab exercises and guided movement, not just rest.

Low back pain is often caused by restricted movement in the joints of the spine. When those joints don’t move properly, it can create muscle tension, irritation of nearby nerves, and persistent pain. ⚡

A spinal adjustment helps restore proper joint motion, reduce stiffness, and improve the way the spine moves and functions. 🦴

When the spine moves better, the surrounding muscles and nerves can finally relax and heal.

For many patients dealing with low back pain, disc bulges, or sciatica, restoring movement is the first step toward long-term relief. 💪

Most disc bulges and herniated discs happen from too much flexion (bending forward). When you repeatedly bend forward, the disc can push back toward the nerve, leading to low back pain, sciatica, numbness, or tingling. ⚡

The good news? ✅ Most disc bulges are very treatable.

One of the most effective treatments is spinal extension (bending backward). Extension helps move the disc away from the nerve, reduce pressure, and allow the irritated tissue to calm down. 🔄

When we combine targeted rehab exercises, spinal adjustments, and proper movement strategies, patients often experience excellent results and long-term relief. 💪

If you’re dealing with low back pain, a disc bulge, or sciatica, you don’t have to live with it.

Low back pain isn’t always coming from your low back.
A stiff mid back (thoracic spine) can force your lumbar spine to move more than it should—leading to pain, tightness, and recurring flare-ups.

In this video, I walk you through 3 simple mobility exercises to improve thoracic spine movement and take stress off your low back:

✔️ Foam roller mid back extension
✔️ Side-lying rotation
✔️ Windmill exercise

These drills are great for people who sit a lot, train hard, or deal with stubborn low back pain that just won’t resolve.

Try these exercises daily or before workouts to restore movement and protect your spine.

Back pain relief shouldn’t be temporary. 🧠💥
If your low back pain or sciatica keeps coming back, it’s usually not because you’re “tight” or “out of alignment.”
It’s often a movement or load issue that never got fully addressed.

At Superior Chiropractic & Rehab, we help adults get real relief by finding why the pain started — and fixing the root cause, not just chasing symptoms.

🚩 3 signs your back pain isn’t just “tight muscles”

If stretching, foam rolling, or rest hasn’t fixed your back pain, this matters 👀

1️⃣ Pain travels into your glute, hip, or down your leg
2️⃣ Relief is temporary, but the pain keeps coming back
3️⃣ Certain positions make it worse (sitting, bending, standing up)

Muscle tightness usually improves with movement.
Pain that returns, radiates, or changes with position often means there’s a deeper issue like a disc or nerve involved — and treating muscles alone won’t solve it.

You’re not broken. You may just need the right plan.
