This year we are offering our updated patient paperwork packets via secure email link with our new practice management system. Make sure you have an email address on file, and skip the pile of paperwork in the office! Bonus, you can upload pictures of your new insurance cards via this secure link so we have the opportunity to verify your benefits before you appointment. Final reminder, all custom Foot Levelers Orthotics are on sale through the end of 2025. We're open Monday 12-29 and Tuesday 12-30, and just like that the year will be over! If you are happy with your current build, we may be able to place the order for you over the phone. Contact us with any questions before time runs out!

For Thanksgiving next week our office hours are:
Monday 11-24, 8:30-5:30
Tuesday 11-25, 10-5:30
Wednesday 11-26, 8:30-12:30.
Closed Thursday and Friday.

Appointments are still available, but the schedule is filling in quickly. Reach our if you want to come in prior to Thanksgiving.

We've been working hard and are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new software system!

What you will notice immediately:
1. Your text reminders will be coming from a new number and will look a little different. We cannot reply to any texts currently with the new system, so please call us to reschedule.
2. You will also get an email reminder if we have an email address on file for you.
3. We may be a little slow at first as we start working in our new system. Please be patient, and know that we are trying our best and we'll be getting better each day!

In the long term we are hoping to streamline our daily functions and transition our updating paperwork process much more efficient for everyone.
