This patient was wanting to restore the volume and lift she once had. To accomplish her goals, proceeded with a Breast Augmentation Mastopexy with 345cc silicone implants placed with the Keller Funnel.
 
Why the Keller Funnel Matters:
• Allows a no-touch implant insertion
• Helps reduce friction + trauma to the tissue
• Supports smaller incisions and more efficient placement
• Promotes cleaner technique for optimal healing

At just 6 weeks post-op, this patient’s results from a brow lift, facelift, and upper eyelid blepharoplasty are already restoring harmony between how she feels and how she looks!
