Lately, I have been hearing many stories about physical therapy clinics that take 1-3 weeks to get an appointment, and then can't schedule regular appointments for that same patient. Both hospital non-hospital based.

To be frank...that is ridiculous! And shouldn't be acceptable.

We schedule all NP's in 24-48 hours...that is my policy, unless you want to wait, or it is a holiday.

Choose physical therapy that cares about you.
