Dear Clients,
For the last year I have built a practice that is grounded in good faith with you all. I have had very minimal complications with clients no-showing or arriving late, to which I am so grateful for your respecting my time. However, I have had a few situations come up recently where I feel it is necessary to put in place some boundaries when it comes to scheduling and payment. While I do not ask for a credit card down at the time you schedule with me, I will expect 50% of the appointment to be paid for should you need to cancel in a 48-hour window from now moving forward. This ensures that my time is valued and compensated, and I have ample opportunity to schedule another client.
Guys, I get life happens. It’s the time of year where inclement weather and illness is inevitable. And in my practice, everyone gets a free pass, no questions asked. However, repeatedly reaching out and requesting to reschedule an appointment in under 48 hours will no longer be acceptable. All clients get one free pass per year, and it will be documented. After that, I will expect and accept a full or partial (50%) payment for holding your appointment.
So to be clear, if you need to reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours notice to ensure I may schedule someone else. If you need to cancel within 2 days of your appointment time, I will expect a partial payment before accepting your next appointment. Thank you for understanding and I hope you all have a wonderful and safe weekend.
