When illness or worry steals our sleep, it’s not just about being tired — it touches our healing on every level. In this week’s video, I talk about how sleep isn’t only a physical reset. It can be emotional, energetic, even spiritual — a place where healing continues when we surrender.
Many of us have tried all the “sleep hygiene” tips — dark rooms, less caffeine, no screens, herbal teas — and sometimes those help, but not always. What I’ve seen again and again is that sleep itself can become a healing practice, not just something we chase.
