I'd like to introduce myself, Dr. Chantal Santos of Glen Medical Health, PC, previously Dr. Alan Siegel. I am a chiropractor working in a chiropractic and physical therapy office. We provide various techniques including graston, cupping, kinesiotaping, and conventional adjusting. Our physical therapist, Cynthia Lett, provides exceptional care. Attention existing patients, new patients and Facebook friends,

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of Glen Medical Health on Tuesday, June 16, as per the guidelines of the CDC and NY State. There is nothing more important to us than your safety and wellbeing, as we are deemed an essential component of healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic. We will continue to keep our treatment rooms sterilized as well as maintaining office cleanliness. Our hours of operation will be limited at first: Monday through Friday 9am to 2:30pm. Then 3:30pm to 6:30pm as needed.

To maintain social distancing, we ask that you remain in your car and call the office upon arrival. You will be required to wear a mask upon arrival into the office and your temperature will be taken. If you have a temperature or are feeling ill, you will not be allowed to enter. In addition, you will be asked to sanitize your hands.

We would like to welcome back Cynthia and Vim providing physical therapy and we are welcoming a new comer, Dr. Jay Liss. Dr. Jay has worked in the theater district for many years and is looking to relocate his practice to Long Island. He has experience with infants through geriatrics.
