At Glen Cove Fitness, our mission is simple: to help our community live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Whether you work out daily or are just beginning your fitness journey, we welcome you to come as you are. We offer a variety of high-quality equipment, from free weights and strength training to ellipticals and treadmills. And since we believe there’s no right or wrong time to work out, our facility is open 24 hours a day, Monday through Friday, to suit your schedule. No matter what your fitness goals are, we’re here to help you reach them with zero judgment. So if you’ve been looking to join a gym but just haven’t been able to find the right fit, we’d love for you to come in and join our fitness family.
