We didn’t build RADD to be just another gym.
We built it to create a place where people can get stronger, move better, trust their body again, and ultimately change their life.
For us, this has always been bigger than workouts.
It’s about helping people:
• get out of pain
• rebuild confidence
• change the way they feel physically and mentally
• create strength that lasts for life
• build habits that improve life outside the gym
Too many people think fitness means pushing through pain, guessing what to do, or feeling intimidated when they walk into a gym.
That’s exactly what we wanted to change.
RADD was built on the belief that coaching should be personal, strength should be sustainable, and every person deserves a plan that fits their body and their goals.
