🧊 Cold Plunge Truths 🧊
Cold plunges are an incredible recovery tool—but timing matters.
We’ve been hearing a lot of questions like:
❓ “Is it bad for strength training?”
❓ “What’s the right temperature for men vs. women?”
Quick answer: Cold plunges reduce inflammation (great for soreness and mental toughness), but too soon after lifting can dampen your gains.
✅ Best used on rest days or hours after strength training
✅ Adjust temperature for personal comfort (and yes, men and women often prefer different temps)
✅ Know the safety tips before you jump in!
