In another 4 months if we are blessed, we will be celebrating the new year. One thing I’ve learned is finding peace, opportunities and possibilities amid challenging times. We are always going to face changes in our lives and sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming Instead of slight shifts, these challenges create unsettling eruptions and shake us from within.

When I am faced with these challenges I go to trust. I close my eyes and surrender to trust. This brings me back to the now, the present where there is peace, calm and the divine. There is no space for fear to live in it. There’s only space for infinite possibilities.

How do you deal with life when you are faced with challenging times?

Take some time this summer and enjoy the beautiful weather and ground yourself with nature. Grounding is an exercise that connects you energetically to the earth. It allows you to be more authentically in your body, in the present moment, and receive nourishing energy. Surround yourself with nature and feel the peace within you awaken.
