My heart is full...actually it’s bursting. Saturday’s STRONG Island book event was INSANE and INSPIRING. The support, the love, the questions and the 💵 we raised for was just INCREDIBLE. Swipe to see my fortune cookie fortune last night! As I ate dinner with my amazing family and co-author I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. Dare to dream. Dare to hope. To believe. Dare to seek, feel, find. And dare to LOVE. That has been my process with this book. That is the process of recovery.

There was a part of me up until this very minute as I ripped open the box and stood staring at the boom that thought I was dreaming. It just got real. Tears of joy and a sense of pride for the level of shear commitment, dedication and passion to write a book. Many, many thanks to all for your support-my family, my friends, colleagues and clients...for those who took time out to review the book and for my amazing co-author, Joe Kelly.
