as we kick off our 3 year anniversary weekend, we can’t help but think what we would do without our superheroes, aka our incredible instructors🌟

they show up on sunny days and during winter blizzards. they’re there when the world feels heavy and when it’s time to celebrate.

they spend hours crafting sequences, then even more time curating a playlist that hits just right.

they notice when a student needs extra love or time to just lay on their mat because life is life-ing.

they celebrate engagements, birthdays, new jobs, class milestones - every moment that matters.

they pour themselves into what they do and into every soul that fills the room - because they really care. they are the heartbeat of our studio, the icons behind the mic, and the stars of the show. thank you for giving your all, every single day 🤍

while we gear up to celebrate 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 years of dripyoga, we also celebrate 𝘰𝘯𝘦 year of the studio expansion 🪩🔨🚧 we DOUBLED in size and can’t help but look back on this amazing year of growth!

𝙎𝙊𝙈𝙀 𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀𝙎, 𝙎𝙏𝘼𝙍𝙏𝙄𝙉𝙂 10/27:
• Allie + Gretchen’s PUMP classes will now be called PUMP INTERVAL. It is important to note that this does NOT change the way the instructor teaches class, this is only updating the name to reflect what the teacher is already teaching. Same class you love, new name.

• we’re losing ‘EXPRESS’ in the class titles since it’s already conveniently shown on the schedule. this doesn’t change the length of any class, just how the title appears on the schedule. if you’re wondering where to see the length of class, check out our story 👀

tomorrow the new Tuesday AM classes will be open to book 🖤 see you on the mat!
