This patient came in for maintenance — an important step in keeping skin clear, bright, and even over time. Pico works by delivering ultra-short pulses of energy to break up unwanted pigment, helping restore a more radiant, uniform complexion. Once cleared, consistent sun protection and pigment-regulating, medical-grade skincare help maintain and extend those results.

For most patients, maintenance is recommended 1–2 times per year, depending on lifestyle, sun exposure, and the type of pigment being treated.
