There are some projects that feel especially meaningful—and this was one of them. 💛

I recently had the joy of collaborating with Dr. Nichole Vincent of Life in Progress Psychological Services, PLLC, and I keep thinking about how refreshing her vision was from the very beginning.

So many therapy websites lean toward soft neutrals and a quieter aesthetic (which can absolutely be beautiful and regulating)… but Nichole came in with something different.

✨ Bold color
✨ Strong, clear messaging
✨ A willingness to be seen as she really is

And I loved every minute of bringing that to life with her.

Because here’s the truth:
Your website doesn’t need to look like everyone else’s to feel safe and trustworthy. It just needs to feel true to you—and attuned to the people you’re trying to reach.

Nichole trusted that process. She leaned into what felt authentic to her. And the result is a site that feels alive, grounded, and unmistakably hers.

If you haven’t seen it yet, take a look:
https://www.lifeinprogress.me

And I want to share a piece of what she wrote after we finished working together—because it meant so much to me:

“I had been sitting on creating my website for a long time because I knew I wanted something that actually felt like me and not like every other therapy website out there. Working with Iryna completely changed that. She is incredibly talented at design and somehow picked up on my style and personality so quickly; it honestly felt like she just got it without me having to over-explain.

One thing that really stood out to me was her communication. She is quick, clear, and responsive… I never felt confused about next steps or left waiting, which made the whole process feel smooth and actually enjoyable.

She was also very open to feedback and collaborative throughout… If you’re a healer or provider who wants a website that feels aligned, unique, and reflective of who you actually are (not just a cookie-cutter template), she is absolutely someone I would recommend working with.”

Nichole, I’m so grateful for your trust—and for the way you showed up so fully in this process. It made the work not just easier, but genuinely inspiring.

Holding space for others all day can be quietly exhausting.
Even when you love your work, there’s a kind of accumulation that happens—micro-adjustments, attuning, tracking, containing. And if you have a more sensitive nervous system, you may feel it even more by the end of the week… that sense of being stretched thin, a little frayed around the edges, with not quite enough space to come back to yourself.

I created a free resource called Calm Week Blueprint as a way to support a different rhythm—one that helps you move through your week with more steadiness and intention, without adding more pressure.

I share it (along with other reflections and resources) in my newsletter, Healing Pathways Insider.

If this resonates, you’re very welcome to join. 💛

Designed for busy therapists and practice owners, the Calm Week Blueprint provides a structured approach to managing workload, protecting energy, and creating a sustainable schedule. Reduce overwhelm, improve boundaries, and build a private practice that supports long-term success.

A well-designed website isn’t just about aesthetics or SEO. It’s actually about attunement to the clients you want to reach and their nervous systems. Without that, even a “beautiful” website won’t convert.

My Attuned Design Framework™ is a different approach—
one that blends depth, clarity, and strategy to create websites that actually resonate.

The result? More aligned inquiries. Less explaining yourself. A stronger sense of coherence in your business.

Now booking for June.

It's been a joy to work with Dr. Maja Jakovljević on creating her new website for Willow Psychology Group!

Here is what Maja had to say about her experience: "Iryna was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process of creating my website. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for, what I wanted my site to represent, and made sure it aligned with my values and the feeling I wanted to convey. She was responsive, thoughtful, and very open to feedback, incorporating my suggestions while also offering helpful guidance along the way. It was clear that she genuinely wanted the final website to feel authentic to me and my work. I would absolutely recommend working with her to other healers looking to create a site that truly reflects who they are!"

For me, getting out of town is an important part of Self-led leadership. There is something about new surroundings, exploration, slower pace, natural elements that always brings about peace and clarity about my life and my work. It’s like sometimes you just need to zoom out of your daily life to really get perspective.

Now, here is a confession of an HSP: it takes me time to transition. Yesterday on an airplane I was using my “alone” time to strategize and wrote up a whole new website map for my website which includes all the new offerings I want to have. But today, I am actually exhaling and soaking up 80 degree weather before heading back to Chicago tomorrow.

I’ve been noticing something for years.

A therapist builds a website that looks good. It reflects their personality. It feels aligned.

And yet… inquiries are slow.

Often, it’s not SEO.

It’s experience.

We tend to design our websites for someone with a brain like ours. But clients don’t arrive regulated. They arrive scanning, uncertain, slightly activated.

Before they evaluate your credentials, they’re having a nervous system reaction to your pacing, structure, and density.

I wrote about this in a new article on what I call Attuned Design — a psychology-informed approach to therapist website design.

If your site feels “fine” but isn’t converting the way you hoped, this might resonate.

Many therapist websites look good but don’t generate inquiries. Learn why conversion often depends on regulation, structure, and nervous-system-aware design — not just SEO or branding.

Over the past decade, I built a group practice I was proud of.

This year, I made the decision to simplify — professionally and personally. What I didn’t fully anticipate was how administratively intense the path to “less” would be.

I wrote a new article about what it actually looks like to simplify a therapy practice — and why restructuring often gets messier before it gets clearer.

If you’re in a season of scaling down, restructuring, or quietly questioning the complexity you’ve built, this might resonate.

Simplifying a therapy practice often requires a temporary season of complexity. Learn how to restructure and realign your private practice strategically.

Lately, I’ve been working on something quietly, in the background.

It’s a course for therapists who are thinking about shifting away from insurance and toward private pay—but feel stuck in the middle. Not because they don’t understand the logistics, but because the decision touches deeper things: money fears, ethical questions, and the very real desire to keep care accessible while also staying solvent.

I’m building this slowly and thoughtfully, with space for both the practical steps and the internal experience that comes with change.

If this is a conversation you’ve been having with yourself—whether for months or years—you’re not alone.

I’ll be sharing updates through my newsletter as the course takes shape, and subscribers will get early access and launch pricing when it’s ready.

I design websites for therapists.
I’m married to a therapist.

This was inevitable 😄

So excited to finally share David’s new website — thoughtful, grounded, and deeply human, just like his work. And yes, he loved it from the very first draft (which might be my greatest professional accomplishment to date 😌).

I just published a new blog post for therapists who are feeling stuck around their website—especially if you’re trying to be thoughtful with money but also know your online presence matters more than it used to.

Your therapy website is doing psychological work long before a client ever contacts you. In today’s mental health landscape, simply “having something” online isn’t enough. This article walks through the real costs—and hidden losses—of DIY sites, templates, and professional websites, and ...

Another website I completed recently... Here is what Linda had to say about her experience:

"Working with Iryna was such a smooth and collaborative process. I felt genuinely supported throughout the entire design process. Iryna took the time to really understand my practice, my clients, and the feeling I wanted the website to convey. The design process felt thoughtful, organized, and even enjoyable!

The final website truly reflects my personal style and the welcoming, grounded space I aim to create in therapy - warm, calming, and personal. I finally feel like my online presence matches the heart of my work.

Since launching, I’ve noticed an increase in inquiries from clients who say the site helped them feel immediately at ease — which is exactly what I hoped for!"

Many therapists don’t even realize that completing an annual HIPAA risk analysis isn’t optional — it’s a legal requirement.

That means if your practice hasn’t done one this year… you’re technically out of compliance — and that can lead to serious consequences if you’re ever audited. 😬

But here’s the good news:
You don’t need to spend weeks figuring this out or hire a pricey consultant.

✨ I created the HIPAA Simplified Kit — a clear, therapist-friendly toolkit that walks you step by step through what’s required and gives you everything you need to get compliant fast.

🪴 Peace of mind.
📝 Legal protection.
💻 A process that actually makes sense.

👉 If you want to check “HIPAA risk analysis” off your list this week (instead of stressing about it for another year), here’s where to get it: https://www.healingpathwayscc.com/hipaa-simplified

P.S.: It's 50% off until November 15 ;)

An easy-to-use HIPAA compliance toolkit for solo therapists and private practice owners. Includes editable forms, a 6-day checklist, and optional support.
