The new year brings with it a little housekeeping. First, we will verify your insurance in January. If your policy operates on a calendar year, please be aware that your deductible may reset. This means you may need to make session payments until you meet your deductible. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider so you have a clear understanding of your mental health, OT and Speech therapy benefits, and any financial responsibilities you may face. This proactive approach can alleviate some stress as you navigate your wellness journey.

When you come to your first appointment in January 2025, please bring your insurance and credit cards. We require two credit cards on file-one can be an FSA or HSA card, while the other serves as a backup when FSA/HSA funds are depleted. This ensures that we can continue providing the highest care levels without interruptions. Additionally, we will be requesting updated client portal paperwork. SimplePractice will send you a request along with a portal link. Your prompt attention to providing this updated information helps us serve you better, and we appreciate your cooperation in this process. At Marvelous Minds, we are dedicated to supporting you and your family. We understand that these preparations can feel overwhelming, but we are here to guide you every step of the way.
