Life Care Wellness Welcome! We offer counseling and wellness services for the whole you. Glen Ellyn, Chicago (Jeffers Falling apart? Stuck? At a crossroads?

Have you tried to change problem behaviors, but had no luck? We start where you are, and together we map out a route to where you want to be. Using a variety of approaches and techniques, we assist you in addressing the obstacles standing in the way of thriving. This can include EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, research-backed therapies that often work for people who have made slow progress or not benefitted from more traditional therapies. Our goal is to get you back to your best life as quickly as possible. Our offices are in Glen Ellyn and Chicago and we serve clients from DuPage, Dekalb and Cook Counties.
