Meet Dr. Edna Bell, a clinician at Optimal Key Therapy with 25 years of experience providing clinical and mental health services.

Dr. Bell supports children, adolescents, adults, and families through her work as a Behavior Consultant, Outpatient Therapist, Mobile Therapist, and Advanced Certified Grief Recovery Specialist. She helps clients navigate grief, loss, life transitions, emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, and mental health needs using therapeutic approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.

Tabitha supports children, adolescents, young adults, and clients of all ages with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotion regulation, impulse control, and behavioral challenges. She uses evidence-based approaches including talk therapy, art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and ABA-informed strategies to help clients build practical coping skills in a supportive environment.

This is a chance to move your body, clear your mind, connect with community, and take a meaningful step toward your overall well-being.

Walking is also linked to better mental well-being. A 2024 JAMA Network Open meta-analysis of more than 96,000 adults found that people who walked 7,500 or more steps per day had a 42% lower prevalence of depression compared with those who walked fewer than 5,000 steps per day.
