Happy 1st Full Moon of 2026 and for those of you that already know, the full moon is energetically all about releasing and for those of you that are already aware of that let this be a reminder. Letting go does not mean forgetting, nor absolution for things and people that may have hurt you, nor even letting go of experiences that may have felt impossible to overcome and may still be lingering....

Letting go means realizing that you can only control the things you are able to, shift your mindset and perceptions to align with what you truly desire, and making room for all that you are meant to have that match your frequency. Recognize the lessons gained, hold onto the love experienced, and let go of everything else with the trust and faith that there is something bigger at work for you with much bigger plans for you than you could ever know or imagine all of which is clouded by the "holding on" to that which has no longer served your growth or your peace
