Your spine is adaptable!

Most people have been told to always keep their backs straight when lifting, shoveling, or performing daily tasks; people will tell you not to bend your back, hunch over, or twist. But, your spine is designed to move in many different directions. So, if you spend all your time moving in one direction or in one position, your back won't adapt to moving in other directions - which leads to pain and injury!

Therefore, it's so important to train your back to move or lift in many directions so it can continue to build strength and resilience in all of its natural positions!
