Holiday Hours Reminder! 🇺🇸

We will have adjusted hours this Labor Day, Monday, September 1.
Center: 7:00am–1:00pm | Aquatics: Closed for Annual Maintenance | Childcare: 8:00am-12:30pm

💫 We’re also celebrating with a special Labor Day Promo! From Saturday, Aug. 30 through Monday, Sept. 1, members can bring up to 3 friends or family to work out with a free guest pass.

Meet Personal Trainer Maggie!

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from West Chester University.

Specialties:
Specializing in post-rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary fitness, body recomposition, habit formation, strength training, women’s wellness, and hypertrophy.

Fun Fact:
When I’m not at the gym, you’ll likely find me on the family farm spending time with the animals, strumming my guitar, or enjoying (maybe a little too much) coffee!

Why did you go into Personal Training?
Personal Training is about so much more than just working out. If it were just that, it would be called physical training! It’s a lifestyle transformation, an investment in your health and longevity.

I feel truly honored to guide individuals through this incredible journey. Witnessing someone genuinely improve their life means the world to me. My mission is to provide you with the knowledge and support you need to become the best version of yourself.

Don’t miss your opportunity to join the Main Line Health Fitness & Wellness swim team!

📅 Final Tryout Date: Friday, 8/22
⏰ Ages 7–12: 6:00pm–6:45pm
⏰ Ages 13+: 6:45pm–7:30pm

We’re looking for new swimmers ready to dive in and current swimmers aiming to move up from B-Group to A-Group.

✨ Practices kick off September 8th ✨

➡️ Mon–Thurs:
• Ages 7–12: 5:30pm–6:45pm
• Ages 13+: 6:45pm–8:30pm

➡️ Saturdays:
• Ages 7–12: 12:00pm–1:15pm

The Aquatics Center will be closed for annual maintenance from Saturday, August 23 – Monday, September 1. The Aquatics Center will reopen Tuesday, September 2.

During this time, all Aquatics Group Fitness classes and Swim Lessons will be canceled.

🌊 Member Spotlight: Sruthi P.’s Aquatic Journey 🏊‍♀️✨

In late May, Sruthi walked into the Center having never taken a swim lesson before—and with a fear of the water. But what she did have was determination.

On a one-month vacation in Pennsylvania, Sruthi set a goal: learn to swim before heading home. She signed up for daily lessons—every weekday at 10:30am—and showed up consistently, ready to take the plunge.

From learning to kick on her back in the very first lesson to mastering Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle by the end of June, Sruthi didn’t just face her fear—she crushed it. She even doubled her sessions midway through, swimming one hour a day, five days a week!

🗣️ “Main Line Health Fitness and Wellness is the best center in the Philadelphia area. I took private lessons with Christian, and not only did I tick one off my bucket list, but I enjoyed every bit of it.”

We’re so proud of Sruthi and can’t wait to see all the swimming adventures ahead of her. 💙
