On , we want to remind you that regular exercise can reduce fall risk, ease muscle tightness, strengthen muscles, and boost mood.
Our Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program is designed to help individuals with MS manage their health and increase physical activity in a safe, motivating environment. Beyond exercise, the program includes health education mini-sessions on nutrition, emotional health, cognitive functioning, relaxation skills, and self-care.
Multiple Sclerosis Wellness Program Details:
- Choose from small group, semi-private, or one-on-one sessions
- 16 total sessions plus 8 mind-body classes
- Duration: 2 months
