📣 New Swim Classes Start TODAY – But There’s Still Time to Sign Up!

We’re excited to launch two 8-week group aquatic programs running every Saturday through September 13.

👨‍🦰💦 Adult Lap Pool Class
🕚 Saturdays | 11:00am – 12:00pm
Build strength, endurance, and confidence in the water with a full-body aquatic workout.

👶👩‍👧 Parent & Me Class (Therapy Pool)
🕦 Saturdays | 11:30am – 12:00pm
Create water confidence and bonding time in a safe, supportive environment.

This past Sunday, July 20, our community came together in the most powerful way. We held a special Breast Cancer event in support of one of our beloved Group Fitness instructors, Sophan, who is currently undergoing treatment.

With 40 participants showing up on a Sunday afternoon, the room was filled with energy, love, and solidarity. 💪💗

Meet Personal Trainer Kelly!

Kelly has his B.S. in Information Technology, American Military University (AMU), I.S.S.A. - C.P.T., I.S.S.A. - Certified Nutritionist, I.S.S.A. - Strength & Conditioning Coach, I.S.S.A. - Corrective Exercise Specialist, Certified Boxing for Fitness Coach – Level 1 & 2, and U.S. Military Veteran.

Specialties:
I draw on my military background, expertise in corrective exercise, and passion for boxing to help clients break through limitations and build lasting strength. My approach blends strength and conditioning, sandbag training, boxing for fitness, and primal movement to deliver results that go beyond aesthetics. Each program enhances movement quality, boosts resilience, and elevates full-body performance, whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a specific goal, or simply striving to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in your body.

Why did you go into Personal Training?
After retiring from the military, I faced one of the toughest chapters of my life. Fitness, especially boxing and strength training, helped me rebuild my body and mindset. That journey revealed my true purpose: to help others transform through movement, discipline, and unwavering support. I’m here to guide and motivate you, meeting you exactly where you are so you can reach your goals. Remember, you don’t have to be perfect - you just have to show up.

According to the CDC, roughly 60% of Americans live with at least one chronic disease, and about 40% have two or more. Many don't realize that one of the most effective tools for managing chronic conditions is also one of the most accessible – movement.
