Did you know rinsing after brushing can actually undo some of your hard work? When you rinse, you wash the fluoride in your toothpaste away. This ingredient strengthens enamel and protects against cavities. Instead, spit out the excess toothpaste and let that thin layer of fluoride keep working for you. Your teeth will thank you, and so will we! Please don't hesitate to contact us at 718-470-9000 with any questions.

Did you know some mouthwashes can cause tiny crystal deposits if the formula isn’t stored or used correctly? These harmless crystals can form when ingredients like essential oils or flavoring agents separate over time. While they’re not dangerous, it’s best to shake your mouthwash before each use and check the expiration date to keep your rinse fresh and effective. Have questions about the best products for your smile? Call us today at 718-470-9000 to schedule your visit.
