Our residents received a deer-ly wonderful Christmas Eve surprise from Santa and one of his reindeer! Thank you for visiting us on your busiest day of the year and spreading holiday joy to our residents. From our GlenFields family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas! ❤️🎄

Our Taste of Christmas event made the season extra sweet at GlenFields! We asked our residents to vote on their favorite holiday treats, and the resounding agreement was dessert. We brought a few fan favorite holiday treats for everyone to enjoy, creating new holiday memories one bite at a time!

Our residents created their own festive holiday arrangements, filling them with greenery, pinecones, snowflakes, ornaments, and plenty of seasonal cheer! Each piece added a special touch of joy to the season.

What a special holiday treat! We were thrilled to welcome 75 talented students from the Glencoe-Silver Lake Public Schools Choir as they shared Christmas songs with our residents. Music, smiles, and special moments made for a heartwarming day! Thank you to these students for sharing the gift of music with our residents!

Santa made a special stop at GlenFields! Our residents were all smiles as Santa handed out gifts, shared laughs, and spread holiday cheer throughout our households. Moments like these are what brings a little extra magic to the season!

The holiday season has been off to a joyful start at GlenFields! A big thank you to The BASICS for sharing festive Christmas tunes with our residents this week. Their music brought extra warmth, joy, and a whole lot of cheer to our week!

This week, we held our annual duck dinner for the holidays! One of our team members, Diane, has roasted duck for our residents during this special holiday meal for over 30 years. In addition to Diane's talents, our residents were joined by a choir of Glencoe Regional Health staff and a choir of volunteers, who used their lovely voices to bring beautiful music to our residents as they enjoyed their meal. Thank you to everyone who was part of this festive feast!

Thank you to Glencoe-Silver Lake FFA for visiting our residents last week! Our residents were able to pet and snuggle a bunny, guinea pigs, and goats during their visit, bringing sunshine and smiles to our day.
