Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Status: Full-Time, Urgent Hire
Location: Green Isle, MN (McLeod County area)
📋 Key Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to enhance the quality of life and ensure the safety of our client:
Personal Care: Assist with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Meal Support: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary needs.
Health Management: Provide medication reminders and monitor for any changes in health or behavior.
Household Support: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean environment.
Companionship: Engage in social activities, conversation, and emotional support to combat loneliness.
✅ Requirements
Experience: Previous caregiving or Home Health Aide (HHA) experience is preferred but not required.
Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
Skills: Strong communication skills, patience, and physical stamina for assisting with mobility.
Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
Must be over 18 years of age
