Daisy may be in a cart but she sure does live life to the fullest! We are doing regular massage, laser and rehab exercises to keep her happy and healthy.

Notice the line of swelling moved? Lymphatic massage doing its magic!

The swelling started mid foot to the toes. Then after lymph massage, I was able to help flush out the swelling all the way down to the proximal toes.

This pup is Juneaux, and sometimes she doesn't know how to put the puppy brakes on and jammed her toes.

I didn't want to say anything until after I knew we were in the clear. But a couple days before my dog Scrabble's 13th birthday (Memorial day), my vet incidentally found on xrays, a very large splenic hemangioma. Which is a blood filled tumor on his spleen. The only treatment for this is surgical removal. If we didn't do surgery, it was basically a ticking time bomb till it ruptered and then would bleed out.

As scared as i was to have my large 13 year old dog under go surgery, I am so glad I did! He had zero complications, excellent veterinary care, and came home the next day! 🙂

Luckily, I have the tools to help him recover faster post surgery. Obviously, the average person does not have the veterinary rehab  modalities like I do. But that is why I started Physio Pet Massage. To bring the rehab to you & your pet in the comfort of your home. 

 Scrabble's treatment at home:
-daily laser therapy (2 weeks)
-daily PEMF (2 weeks) 
-lymphatic massage (day 3-6)
-pain meds (day 1-3)
-nsaids (day 1-7)

I think the pictures say it all! The bruising, inflammation & pain diminished so fast! Thanks to Lymphatic Massage, Laser & PEMF Therapy. He got his staples out a week ago today and is acting like his normal goofy self.

I spent some time at this week to work on sweet Bailey. He has been through a lot this week. Owner surrender, a Hemilaminectomy (surgery on spine for herniated disc), neutered, and a haircut.

He was all smiles when I worked on him, and he is such a happy boy. He loves being outside, and since today was so nice, we had our session under the sun. I did a lymphatic massage to help flush inflammation and clear the anesthesia. Cold Laser Therapy on his surgical sites and compensating muscles. I also did some stretches/passive range of motion on his hind limbs to help bring back nerve stimulation.

Let's help find Bailey his forever home and get him trucking again. 🐾 🐾
