Massage and all modalitues under the umbrella of massage are adjuct therapy to Physical therapy and medical servces.

Do not make the mistake of relying on massage as a main therapy for muscle imbalances, organ disfunction or mental health.
They can be helpful as a natural adjunct therapy.
