Please please please ALWAYS carry your rescue inhaler or talk to your doc if you or your child need one 🙏🏾 Do you think athletes with asthma should be REQUIRED to have their rescue inhaler on hand??

DYK that even if the label says "non-dairy" or "dairy-free" there still could be milk in the ingredients? Always read the ingredient label completely and don't rely on marketing terms. kidswithfoodallergies.org/milk

Although / has not been specifically studied much for allergies, we know that weeds from the same family like are a common allergy culprit and can pollinate in the spring in , as opposed to only pollinating in the Fall season most other parts of the country.

Stinknet, or global chamomile, is an invasive plant that is spreading and causing allergies for people in the Valley.

Hand sanitizer is great for preventing the spread of germs like colds and flu or food-borne illnesses like salmonella.

Hand sanitizer will NOT remove or "kill" food proteins on hands or surfaces. Wash those hands and surfaces with soap and water or use wipes to prevent food allergy reactions.
