We are excited to share that we will be launching a SPACE Parent Group this fall; Oct. 6th through Nov. 24th, 2025 (space is limited and pre-registration is required). 🚀

SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), is an evidence-based program designed for parents, and developed at the Yale Child Study Center.

Through SPACE, you will learn how to:
👉🏾Respond supportively to your child’s distress without reinforcing anxiety
👉🏾Reduce unhelpful accommodations while still showing warmth and care
👉🏾Encourage your child to face challenges with growing confidence
