π¦ Grigor Haroyan is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their fullest potential while supporting families every step of the way. He designs individualized ABA programs that foster independence and life skills, sets meaningful goals tailored to each childβs needs, and provides ongoing guidance to therapists and parents through evidence-based strategies that create lasting change.β£

π¦ For Grigor, one of the most rewarding parts of his work is witnessing progressβwhether big or smallβand celebrating every milestone alongside the families he supports.β£

π¦ Grigor began his academic journey at Glendale Community College (GCC) before transferring to California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where he earned his Bachelorβs Degree in Psychology. He later completed his Masterβs Degree at Arizona State University (ASU) while continuing his hands-on work at ERA, where he discovered his deep commitment to the field of ABA.β£

π¦ Beyond his clinical work, Grigor has also shared his love of education by teaching the Armenian language to children in the United States and helping children in Armenia learn Englishβan experience that strengthened his belief in the power of learning and connection across cultures.β£

π¦ Outside of work, Grigor enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing by the beach, and staying active at the gym.β£
