Today weโ€™re celebrating David, who recently wrapped up his rehab after a total knee replacement, and spoiler alert: his โ€œbadโ€ knee is now his best knee!

From day one, David brought great energy, hard work, and plenty of laughs to the clinic. His kind words in his review mean the world to us.

And just when we thought we couldnโ€™t appreciate him moreโ€ฆ he surprised us with a basketball hoop for our towel hamper ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿงบ (yes, we do take our towel shots seriously around here).

Another successful discharge! Susan first came into the clinic looking for answers to how she could return to hiking. We focused on closed chain strengthening, light plyometrics and ladder drills and with some consistency was able to hike again!

Susan was a positive ray of sunshine in the clinic always bringing gifts and her smile each day. Congratulations on reaching the rehab summit!

From tearing his ACL back in 2023 while playing basketball to now being able to back squat, jump, run, and deadlift, James is ready to get back at it!ย 

When James had his second surgery to help repair his knee, he knew of only one place to get him back on trackโ€”Total Sports. When Callan came into the clinic with his family, his velocity was decreasing, and his pain was increasing in his shoulder.ย 

His rehab focused on the whole picture, including shoulder strength, range of motion, plyometric training, lower body mobility to decrease sheer forces on the shoulder, and overall baseball mechanics.ย 

Flash forward, and he is back to pitching at 100% of his velocity without any pain. As an Angels fan, Callanโ€™s loyalty to the Dodgers was the only hiccup in his recovery process.ย 

Callen will look to shine on the field again this fall when he gets back into the swing of things after this summer of strength training.ย
