Someone needed to be the rational adult.

But now you’re the adult who has no idea there are emotions besides “good” and “bad”.

If you relate to one of the examples below - You might be one of the many people who asks yourself, “Does what I went through actually count as trauma?”

Definition of ‘Insidious’ - proceeding in a gradual or subtle way, but with harmful effects.

Shame is a slow burn. Once it takes root, it causes very harmful effects. It shows up in your relationships, in your self-talk, and even at work!
