Kimberly was born & raised in Arizona & has over
18 years experience in the medical field. She
received her Masters of Science in Nursing from
University of Phoenix in 2022. Kimberly is now a
board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and is
a member of the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners.

Dr. Luba attended college at Cornell University and
Medical School at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical
School. He completed his residency at Arizona College of
Medicine-Phoenix Family Medicine Residency, and has
practiced family medicine in the Valley since 1998.
