Itโs been a while since I did a โget to know meโ post soโฆHi, Iโm Kayler! Iโm the founder & owner of Instinctual Birth! I have been a doula & placenta professional since 2020! I am 29 & I have 4 kids: Juliet (10), Maxon (7), Malcolm (6), & Aura (2). I have had two hospital births, 3 unmedicated births, & 2 home births!
I have been a part of some incredible journeys & witnessed the unbelievable power & strength of the women I serve.
For those of you who have followed my journey from the very beginning, you know that itโs been quite the journey for me! Divorce, death, pregnancy, birthโฆitโs been a whirlwind! I stopped taking birth clients in February of 2023 after my mom passed away. As of right now, I am still only accepting placenta encapsulation clients. Supporting women in pregnancy & birth is VERY difficult when you are not in a healthy space mentally, so it will officially remain this way!
Some random facts about me: I am naturally red-headed, green eyed, & left handed which is super rare apparently ๐ I am a Capricorn Sun ๐ค Aries Moon ๐ฅ Scorpio Rising ๐ My favorite movies are the Ridley Scott Alien movies, & my favorite foods are seafood boil, any raw seafood, filet mignon, bruschetta, pho, & Vietnamese curry! Black Rock > Dutch โ๏ธ I LOVE traveling to other countries & our goal is to eventually live in New Zealand! Yay for no snakes, universal healthcare & a pro-women government! ๐๐ผ I hope to reincarnate as an Orca in Japan or a fruit bat๐ฆ My fav drinks are water, coffee, & dirty martinis! ๐ธ
You didnโt need to know any of that about me, but I love the idea of putting a face to Instinctual Birth! This is more than just a business to me. Itโs a passion that I have watched grow over the past FIVE years. I love my clients so much & I am endlessly thankful for each & every one! ๐
