This should be the year you stop watching others online and take a chance on yourself..

Life is not going to stop and let you on the merry go round. You got to just jump on and hold on to your dreams, your visions, and keep your blinders on because so much in this world wants to keep you down, dumb, and broke.

It’s a fight within to do what we want to do not to mention the outside influences always lurking.

You got to just know that whatever it is that you are being called to do it will be protected and it will be there for you as soon as you step on the path.

There are going to be many things that will try to stop you. People, places, things and everything unseen will do it’s best to keep you low.

You just have to keep getting back up and reminding yourself and anything around you that you did not come for mediocre, you didn’t come to lay low, you didn’t come to play small.

✨Being seen is hard- I get it.
Something that is worse than being seen is going to your grave with all that knowledge, wisdom, gifts and abilities you were given that were put in you to help others. That’s gonna hurt on a soul level.

If there is one thing I can say about this path is that every fear you have is an opportunity to be courageous.

All fear is doing is keeping you safe from the unknown but the unknown is exactly where you want to be. It’s always on the other side of fear: your greatness, your blessings, your abundance, your lover, your everything you want.

It’s all there waiting on you!!

If you are on your path to wholeness, wellness, and becoming the greatest version of self.

A lot of that becoming has to do with releasing old beliefs of who you have been told you are.

We are so much more than we have been taught.

The things I know that got me to a place of understanding was switching up what I consumed on a daily basis.

Food has a HUGE effect on every aspect of you as a human.

When you let go of processed foods and only eat natural foods designed for your body then you will see a shift in your mental mind, physical body, and connection to all that you are.

Things will become clear, your body feels better and lighter, you sleep better, your skin look better and all the things start to shift as your body heals from the inside out.

Here are a few things I use in the morning to kick start the day!

I also add tumeric and a pinch of pepper to this as well.

When I first started working on healing my brain and body I just went cold turkey on all processed anything and just got straight ingredients added it to water and drank it as a shake each morning.

This was in 2010 and I have switched up my ingredients through out the years to what my mind and body need during different times in my life but I always like to start the day with something like this and water!

We are all being asked to detox the mind, body, and what we consume daily. It’s almost a must these days to be honest.

As the energies are preparing the shift quickly we must be prepared mentally and physically to be grounded and hold on!

If you are feeling stuck in your life, can’t think straight, living in fear or hate, body feels sick then it’s probably time to get an energy shift!

Just like we get our facials, massages, nails done, hair done it’s goin to be essential to get your energy checked and in alignment!

🎊HUGE wins this week!🎊

I have a new client that is a therapist who came to me for a transformation session a couple of weeks ago.

As we were working through some deep wounds in the sacral and began shifting the energy in her body she released so much old stagnant energy that was holding her back.

So much transpires in each session as we are working with all aspects of you in the quantum field so it’s limitless what we can do and I work with whatever is ready to be seen felt and heard in each session and I can get ALOT done in an hour! lol

What’s great is When she walked in the office yesterday she looked at me and said
“I want more”
I just laughed but she said no seriously that was so profound in every way.

The next day she received 3 new clients in her business who are at the beginning stages of seeking spiritual help, a new dating partner who is more aligned with her healed self and this is what I LOVE so much about this work.

Once we align the energy centers then doors fling open and you begin to receive all that has been waiting for you. All you need is an energy shift to unblock the stuck stagnant energy and everything can flow effortlessly and easily.

I had another client who came in and like many of my clients in their 40’s and 50’s a light has come on within her and she senses she is a healer and is ready to explore this. I love exploring with clients and helping you find who you truly are.

I believe we all have gifts within us lying dormant and it’s up to us to seek and find them. We have to work through some things to find them but I believe they are there and available for us all.

No one is left out. It just takes time and dedication to understand them.

I have met so many people on This path who have concerns about energy work being bad.

I had the same thoughts in 2009 when I was at a crossroads of psych meds not working, I had done so much talk therapy that I had nothing else to say to the therapist but I still couldn’t find that happiness I knew I was capable of.

After my grandad passed I was in a weird place and wanted to numb out from the pain of him dying by su***de, my dad dying the year before and my grandad finding out he has cancer. Life was kicking my butt and I was miserable at work exauhsted from working at the mental health & addiction clinic and didn’t know what to do.

One night I was siting in the car not wanting to go home. Not feeling supported by anyone at the time and just feeling hopeless. I had a bottle of pills and knew that would take my pain away but I knew if I went that way I wouldn’t come back from it.

I began driving to this place that my mom shared there was a reiki master which I had the thought probably going to do voodoo on me. I truly had no clue.

When I got there I was in tears and just asked if they could help me and told them a bit of what I was dealing with and he took me down to this dark basement and turned on music. Lol I laid on the table and felt immediate relief. The energy was so calming and relaxing.

I didn’t speak a word and he just gradually worked his way up through my chakra system and when he got to my head I never felt anything so glorious in my life.

I knew when I got up that this was exactly what I was needing in my life. I couldn’t stop smiling the whole way home. I felt relief I had never felt before.
My thoughts were calm and not so chaotic and dark.
It was a miracle to me to feel that way.

I immediately knew this was the path for me and starting working with him weekly for a few months then quit my job, moved to Hawaii and trained, came home kept training and I still train to This day! It doesn’t quit!

The only thing I know about This life is when something changes your life for the better and that quickly and sticks there is no way to me that is bad in anyway.

You have to have discernment of the heart and really tune into who you work and if they are a good fit for you.

There will be a lot of mirroring happening in your life and people reflecting back to you on an intense level who you are and where your inner work needs to take place. It will be a profound year of transformation,Renewal and spiritual growth. You will shed a lot of old beliefs about this world and what you thought you knew and start embracing new ideas that align truly with the heart. This will Happen as the heart opens further and you begin learning descernment of the heart. ❤️

So if you’re surrounded by a lot of toxic people chances are you need to do some inner work to get the heck out that cycle!

My client who has never done energy work or therapy in just 4 sessions I have taken her from depressed, stressed, no clue where she is going, middle of a divorce, dealing with grief and everything that comes with that to her smiling and feeling much better and just signed for a condo and on her way to a better life!

⚡️It doesn’t take much these days to shift the energy and prepare for a better life. ⚡️

You just have to be willing to allow yourself to release what is no longer serving you and let it all happen.

Holding on to things year after year without facing whatever it is is exactly what keeps you stagnant in your life.

Last week was filled with so much Loving Divine energy from Mary Magdalene. Each client I saw ended up gettin a Rose Activation.

🌹One client was releasing a lot of the old traumas in her life and the solar plexus was in need of some major repairs. The solar plexus is your power center and also where your upper stomach is in your body.

Mary Magdalene came through and put her hand over the client’s solar plexus and began the yellow rose healing. It was a Beautiful experience to witness the solar plexus healing and being repaired right there. She felt amazing after session!

I have been initiated into the Rose line by Mary and Yeshua for over the last 6 years where they started with the Red Rose and I began working with that energy and all of the other roses would be initiated at specific points in my life after that. They have given me time in between to remember and learn each one as each one comes with a clearing, recalibration of your energy to higher knowledge and expansion in consciousness and heart.
