The Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services requires that all hospice organizations make bereavement services available to the family and other individuals in the bereavement plan of care for a minimum of 12 months following the death of the patient. Once you have customized your grievance correspondence and created a new client, Hospice Bereavement Solutions takes over from there and handles all of your outbound communication. Our Daily Scheduler allows you to preview the day's scheduled activities and email and print each correspondence as planned, either daily, weekly, or monthly.
