Studies shows that taking hourly breaks actually helps us with productivity and focus.

The human brain naturally works in bursts of high activity that last about an hour, and then it switches to low activity. During low activity, you should take a break!

Not only is stepping away from your desk good for your brain, it is good for your body as well.

Staying locked in the same position for hours on end can cause pain and misalignment.

If you've been scrolling for a while, we recommend putting down your phone, stepping away from your computer and taking a walk or doing some stretches. Your brain and body will thank you!
