What an amazing experience at the SWS Conference! Representing Horizon Recovery and engaging with passionate change-makers was such a great reminder of why we do what we do, together on the front lines.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated community partners who visited our booth, nurturing connections and gaining insight into our efforts to support teens and families in overcoming mental health struggles and substance use.
