Our #1 Love is Hot Yoga

Since 2005, True Hot Yoga is Scottsdale’s first and premier hot yoga studio. We combine the powerful, healing elements of traditional hot yoga and Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow, with music added in all the right places to create exceptional, therapeutic hot yoga classes. We opened our Arrowhead Ranch/Glendale, AZ location in 2008. Our yoga studios feature heating and humidifying systems, Rexcourt high-performance anti-bacterial flooring, and showers with amenities (currently closed due to COVID-19) to get you on your way. Our boutiques feature the best in hot yoga mats, towels, clothing, and a selection of unique finds from small batch, made in the USA vendors.
