What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?

It’s a gentle, hands-on approach that helps your body release deep tension, reset your nervous system, and promote healing from the inside out.

Common reasons people try CST:
✅ Headaches & migraines
✅ TMJ or jaw tightness
✅ Neck pain
✅ Post-concussion symptoms
✅ Chronic stress & trauma

CST helps your body calm down so it can heal up.
Small movements. Big results.

🚨 When should you see a PT for knee pain?
Don’t wait it out if you notice:
🔹 Pain lasting more than 7–10 days
🔹 Swelling that keeps coming back
🔹 Trouble with stairs, squats, or walking

Early treatment = faster recovery. Don’t push through it — get it checked! 🦵✅

Do I need an MRI?

Not always! Before jumping to imaging, PTs and OTs focus on how your body moves—because movement often reveals more than a picture ever could. 💡

Joint mobility, muscle coordination, and movement quality tell us where the real problem is. An MRI might miss that.

Start with movement. Start with us.

Glute stability on one leg = the foundation for pain-free, powerful movement.

Most daily movements — walking, climbing stairs, running, even shooting from a staggered stance — happen on one leg at a time.

If your glutes can’t stabilize you in a single-leg position, your knee, hip, and even low back pick up the slack… and that’s where pain starts creeping in.

This simple single-leg stability drill trains your body to move more efficiently, absorb load properly, and protect your joints.

✅ Better balance
✅ Stronger hips
✅ Less knee pain

Don’t skip the basics. The boring stuff builds the strongest bodies

What if we saw "pain" not as a stop sign, but as part of the journey?

Because:

Pain doesn’t mean you can’t paddle forward.
It doesn’t mean the day is ruined.
It doesn’t mean you can’t laugh — or feel alive — right now.

💡 Pain is a Pain™ — but it doesn’t have to steal moments. Embrace the moments amidst it all.

Lower back pain? Here are three everyday habits that could be making it worse and how to fix them:
🚫 Sitting too long without breaks
✅ Get up and move every 30–60 minutes
🚫 Lifting with poor form
✅ Bend at the hips and knees, not your back
🚫 Skipping core work
✅ Strengthen your core to support your spine
A few small changes can make a big difference — and help you enjoy more Freedom.

Realistic Knee Recovery Timelines 🦵
Not all injuries heal at the same pace — and that’s okay.

🔹 Mild sprain/strain: 2–4 weeks
🔹 Tendon irritation: 4–8 weeks
🔹 Meniscus irritation (non-op): 6–12 weeks
🔹 Patellar pain (PFPS): 6–16 weeks
🔹 Overuse injuries: Often longer if ignored

Healing takes time…
But so does rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence.

Rush the process and you risk starting over.

Be patient. Stay consistent. Trust the plan.
