Working on posture after seeing this. New goals keep centered between my thighs and hands, look early and one rhythm. I’m using redcord neuromuscular training, reformer and foam roll and Frontier Farms to help me win.
Follow us as we get her ready for the LA Marathon Last week 3 miles was her max due to knee pain. She is working with me and redcord to help strengthen and change her neuromuscular pattern.
