A Blessed Beginning Pamela Qualls has been a Licensed Midwife in Arizona since 1999. I am a trained healthcare professional, a Licensed Midwife.

I provide prenatal, labor, birth, postpartum, and newborn care. I monitor mother and baby closely, to help ensure optimal health. I emphasize client education and a close relationship between mother and Midwife. This emphasis ensures that each client is fully capable of making proactive and well informed health care choices.
