Deepithelialized free gingival graft. In this case tunnel technique used on the recipient site. This is a 2 week post op healing. Prevalence and severity of gingival recession is higher at the sites with thin gingiva compared with the sites with thicker gingiva according to “Effect of gingival phenotype on the maintenance of periodontal health: An American Academy of Periodontology best evidence review

Connective tissue graft #11,12. Patient is undergoing Invisalign treatment
She wore teeth designed socks for her surgery day and that was cute! Sutures were removed last week at 13 days post op.

Case update. After 4 months of healing #8 replaced with a BLT Straumann .us. Restorative driven treatment planning. Soft tissue deficiency addressed with a connective tissue graft harvested from the palate. Immediate temporary placed by . #7 and #9 composites will be changed during the final restoration on #8. Patient happy he left the office with a full smile.
